What makes a repair cost more
- A heavy door: insulated, wood or extra-wide doors need bigger springs
- Extra damage found on site, like worn cables or bent track along with a broken spring
- Upgrading to high-cycle springs or quieter nylon rollers
- Sundays, holidays, and visits before 7am or after 7pm, which add $99 with us. Saturdays are regular price.
Red flags in a garage door quote
- No price until someone is standing in your garage
- A low phone price like $49 or $89 that becomes $900 on site
- Pressure to replace the whole door when only a spring broke
- Payment demanded before you've seen the door work
